More FAQs- What does your post construction cleaning service involve?
- What is antimicrobial surface protection and why do I need it?
- Isn't it hard to fix an area that is damaged? What if I drag a large piece of furniture across it and leave a gouge?
We provide the detailed cleaning that is needed after the construction work is completed and all construction debris has been removed. This is the final step prior to turning the building over to the owner. NOTE: Construction clean-up is divided into two categories: rough clean-up and final clean. ServiceMaster Clean of Peterborough focuses on the final clean. Rough clean-up is the removal of construction debris and is often done by the contractor. ServiceMaster Clean of Peterborough does not do rough clean.
What antimicrobial surface protection offers you is greater peace of mind. The science of antimicrobial surface protection has existed since the early 1970’s. Antimicrobial surface protection is a chemical solution that, when applied, molecularly bonds to surfaces and renders that surface inhospitable to microbes, which inhibits their growth. What this means, effectively, is that surfaces stay cleaner for longer!
